The Tairawhiti Community Voice 2020 Action Plan is something new and exciting for our members this year. Coming into this role early November I wanted to create a pathway for myself, with goals to work towards in the new year. It is a 4 page document orginally but I gave out a summarised verision at the network meeting which i have pictured above. Our focus for next year are
1. To increase the community visability of Tairawhiti Community Voice, the network and its members
2. Improve our Facebook audience
3. Better our Newsletter and its repsonses
4. Improve network meeting attendance
5. Gain new members
